Snellville's history is on full display in the Community Room at City Hall, 2342 Oak Road.
The exhibit, featuring historical photos and essays, is free and open to the public from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The pictures were compiled by the Snellville Historical Society with the help of artist Nedra Bailey and include historical photos on loan from the E.R. Snell Company. Many of these pictures were discovered, oddly enough, in South Georgia.
Teachers, this would make an excellent field trips for students who want to learn about their city.
