An occupation tax is levied upon those persons with one or more locations or offices within the Snellville City limits and upon out-of-state persons with no location or office in the state in accordance with the Occupation Tax schedule on file in the Office of the City Clerk.

Alcoholic beverages may be sold in the City limits of Snellville under a license granted by the Mayor and Council upon the terms and conditions of Chapter 6, Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance of the Municipal Code of Snellville.
