The City completed a 2002 Update to its 2012 Comprehensive Plan, which was adopted by the Mayor and Council in a March 24, 2003 resolution. The documents below are the final & approved drafts of the update.

Local Centers Initiative (LCI) Study
The City of Snellville was awarded a $75,000 grant from the Atlanta Regional Commission to conduct a 2003 Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) study. The focus of the LCI program is to encourage increased residential development, mixed-uses and connectivity in activity and town centers.
